If your not 100% satisfied with any JAXWAX product within 30 days of your date of purchase, simply send us an email and return the unused item for a prompt refund once item has been inspected to ensure this item is in factory fresh condition.

ONLINE PURCHASES 

Full Refunds are given, less shipping and handling charges for items returned in new factory fresh condition with original packaging within 30 days of your order. Customers MUST email us to receive a Return Authorization number.

 

Any order that qualified for free shipping will have the free shipping offer void. Shipping charges incurred by JAXWAX.CA for free shipping will be deducted for that particular item/order prior to any refund being issued.
