Possible COVID-19 Disruptions, due to the current events there may be unexpected delays in transportation that we would not be made aware of ahead of time. Please note that all couriers and shipping companies are experiencing challenges during COVID and may not be able to deliver on schedule and/or honor service guarantees.

Shipping Policy:
Orders are shipped with the most reliable & fastest option available to serve you better. All in stock orders usually ship the next business day, if your order is placed before 11:00 am EST

NOTE:

We try our best to process orders within one business day, however this is not a guarantee. During busy periods, processing orders may take anywhere from 1-5 business days before shipping.

Shipping dates are estimates and are provided in real-time by the carriers websites. If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected delay, or if there are unforeseen delays with the carrier, please note that there may be additional shipping time before you receive your order. Shipping estimations also do not factor in courier pickup cut-off times. To prevent any delays, ensure that your order is placed before 11:00 am EST on regular business days, and allow at least one full business day to process your order.

Order Processing occurs during our regular business hours Mon-Fri 8:00 am-6:00 pm EST.

Free Shipping Policy:
Free shipping is calculated in your cart BEFORE taxes. Free shipping applies to addresses within valid Canada delivery areas.

All prices are shown in Canadian Dollars CAD

Damage Claims:
All products are shipped using carrier-approved materials and methods. Our products are carefully packed to prevent damage during shipment. Nevertheless, damage may occasionally occur in transit. Any damage is the responsibility of the carrier, not JAXWAX.CA. Therefore, we must make all damage claims to the carrier.
In case of damage, retain all cartons, packing materials and damaged products for the carrier to inspect, take pictures and contact JAXWAX.CA advising that the shipment has been received damaged within 48 hours of receipt. 

Lost/Stolen Packages:

We understand this happens and it sucks! A shipping claim will be filed accordingly! Depending on the outcome, replacement orders may require a signature to ensure your package makes its way to you safely.

Extreme Temperatures:
Most products are not affected by extreme temperatures if by chance, they were to freeze. However, some polishes and leather conditioners could be harmed if frozen. 

Tip: If a product is frozen and left to thaw, usually a quick inspection will determine if it is okay. If after thawing, the product separates and does not return when shaken it may have lost its desired affect.
